The Chacewater Carnival And Social Events Group is responsible for much of the festivities in the Village. In addition to the Annual Carnival on August Bank Holiday Monday, the Committee supports other organisations whenever a Barbecue is required. The annual Firework Display is held in the Chacewater Millennium Green. This event is organised with the co-operation of the Millennium Green Trustees who build a wonderful big bonfire. The Chacewater Carnival And Social Events Group decorate the Village with a wonderful display of Christmas Trees and lights during the festive season. They run various events to raise funds for the other activities, and they organise Carnival Queens & Fairy Queens competitions during the year.
