Chacewater Football Club in February

Following the spell of bad weather when most of our games were postponed just before Christmas, the football club is now back playing. Our two first team games in the New Year have resulted in wins,7-0 at Trevenson Utd. and a 4-1 home defeat of Newlyn Non-Athletico and that has left us lying in second place in Trelawny League Division One.

The reserves, who are also in a very competitive league, have drawn both of their games in the New Year,1-1 at home to Ruan Minor and 2-2 at St.Day. They currently lie fourth in Division Four.

We were saddened by the sudden loss of Leslie Main, the father of our club treasurer. Our thoughts are with Mark, Tina, Jack and family at this difficult time.
