Chacewater Players’ Summer Show

Chacewater Players’ Summer Show dates have changed this year to allow more children to take part.

On 22nd & 23rd June we will be performing “The Evacuees” by Chris Adams & Michael Sullivan.
This is a musical play with the children being given the leading roles and the adults supporting them.  It is a great way to introduce young people to the joy and discipline of performing and they are all thoroughly enjoying the experience.

Tickets will be on sale in due course priced at £5.

Chacewater Players summer show “The Evacuees” will be performed in Chacewater Village Hall on Friday 22^nd and Saturday 23^rd June at 7.30.pm.

For the last 2 or 3 years we have had seating in cabaret style with an invitation to bring your own bottle.  This production does not lend itself to this layout so the seating will be in numbered rows as for the pantomime and other drama productions.

So, to get the best seats you’ll need to book early.  Tickets will go on sale in mid May (watch for posters around the village) and telephone (01872) 560079; or call into Chacewater Bakery with a completed order form or into Chacewater Post Office.

Rehearsals are going well and we are sure you will thoroughly enjoy what might be a trip down memory lane or a look at history depending on your age!  It is a production that is suitable for all ages.  So don’t delay book as soon as you can.
