Taking into account the current difficult financial climate the Management Committee decided at the AGM in February 2009 not to increase hiring rates for the second year running.

There are reduced charges for organisations in and residents of Chacewater Parish, also reductions for organisations using the hall on a regular basis.

The hall is run solely by volunteers. To make a booking clients are asked to telephone the Village Hall number ~ (01872) 560813 between the hours of 9am & 9pm. The call is transferred to the current volunteer with the diary at no extra cost to the client. The booking office is closed from 12 noon on Saturdays, reopening on the Monday.
